摘要
目的了解社区医务人员在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的真实体验,为疫情不同时期制定相应干预策略提供依据。方法对10名内蒙古兴安盟地区社区医务人员进行半结构式的深入访谈,社区医务人员对COVID-19疫情的体验分为疫情初期、疫情爆发期和疫情缓解期3个时期,进行情绪体验和认知体验2种。运用Colaizzi7步分析法进行资料分析。结果疫情初期的情绪体验是无情绪变化,认知体验是对COVID-19缺乏认识与传染病专业知识差;疫情爆发期的情绪体验是焦虑、压力和责任感,认知体验是心理素质差;疫情缓解期的情绪体验是自豪感,认知体验是对战胜疫情充满自信。结论社区医务人员在疫情的不同时期存在不同的体验,需针对不同时期出现的各种体验给予合理引导,多方面支持和干预,以提高应对能力,为今后更好的抗击突发公共卫生事件做准备。
Objective To get to know the real experiences of community medical personnel in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak,and to provide a basis for developing corresponding intervention strategies during different periods of the epidemic.Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 10 community medical staff in Xing’an League of Inner Mongolia.The experiences for COVID-19 were concerned with two major types:emotional experience and cognitive experience,and occurred during three periods:the initial period of the epidemic,the outbreak period,and the remission period.Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used in data analysis.Results The emotional experiences in the initial stage were characterized as that there were no emotional changes,and the cognitive experiences were represented by a lack of knowledge of COVID-19 and poor professional knowledge of infectious diseases.The emotional experiences during the outbreak period were manifested as anxiety,stress and responsibility,while the cognitive experiences as poor psychological quality.In the remission period,the emotional experiences were embodied as sense of pride,and the cognitive experiences as confidence in winning the victory over the epidemic.Conclusion Community medical staff may undergo varying experiences in different periods of the epidemic.It is necessary to provide them reasonable guidance,multi-faceted support and intervention to improve their response ability and make better preparations for fighting against public health emergencies in the future.
