摘要
黄元御《四圣心源》归纳出"左路木火升发,右路金水敛降,中焦土气斡旋"的"一气周流"理论。以"一气周流"理论为基础,其认为汗证的治则为调脾胃、调四维以求恢复各个脏腑功能,形成正常的"一气周流",同时着重调理气机以求为"一气周流"提供动力。
Huang Yuanyu established the theory of "general circulation of unitary qi" in his work Heart Origin of Four Saints.One of the theory’s main ideas states:"wood and fire ascend and dredge on the left,metal and water descend and astringe on the right,while earth mediates in middle jiao".Based on this theory,he maintains that the treatment principle of sweat syndrome is regulating spleen and stomach and regulating the four dimensions,so as to restore the functions of various viscera and form a normal state of "general circulation of unitary qi".At the same time,he focuses on regulating qi movement,so as to provide power for "general circulation of unitary qi".
