摘要
为了适应梯级电站附近的大规模风电、光电新能源的并网及外送的需要,利用弃风弃光电量,采用大流量、高扬程大型储能泵站从下一梯级水库抽水至上一梯级水库,形成梯级大型储能泵站,实现新能源电量时移,是解决电力系统安全稳定问题的有效途径。文章对可逆机组与利用可逆机组理论设计的蓄能泵机组进行对比分析,结果表明:蓄能泵机组在设计制造难度、启动运行、工况转换等方面均比可逆机组要求低,工程投资也较小。
To meet the grid connection and external transmission demand of large-scale wind power farms and photovoltaic stations adjacent to the cascade hydropower stations,with the abandoned wind and photovoltaic energy,large-scale high-flow and high-lift energy storage pumping stations are used to pump water from the downstream cascade reservoir to the upstream one,forming cascade large-scale energy storage pumping stations and realizing time shift of new energy power,which is an effective way to solve the safety and stability of the electric power system.The paper compares and analyzes the reversible generating unit and the energy storage pump unit designed with the theory of the reversible generating unit.The results show that the energy storage pump unit requires less than the reversible generating unit in terms of design and manufacturing difficulty,startup operation,and working condition conversion,and the investment for the energy storage pump unit station is also lower.
