摘要 目的探索MDT联合PBL、CBL教学模式在医学影像学本科生实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取32名医学影像本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为两个组,每组16名。实验组采用MDT联合PBL、CBL教学模式,对照组进行传统模式教学。授课结束后通过理论考试、阅片考试、问卷满意度调查评价。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩和阅片考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在问卷调查中,学生对实验组教学模式非常满意,明显优于传统教学模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT联合PBL、CBL模式在医学影像教学中可以有效提高教学效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of MDT combined with PBL and CBL teaching mode in the teaching of medical imaging diagnosis in undergraduates.Methods Thirty-two medical imaging undergraduate interns were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 16 students.The experimental group was used MDT combined with PBL and CBL teaching mode,and the control group was used traditional mode teaching.After the lecture,the theory test,film reading test,and questionnaire satisfaction survey evaluation were surveyed.Results The theoretical test scores and the reading test scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey,students were very satisfied with the experimental group’s teaching model,which was significantly better than the traditional teaching model,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with PBL and CBL mode can effectively improve the teaching effect in medical imaging teaching,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
