摘要
正交偶极子声波测井仪是从贝克休斯公司引进的高端成像类测井仪器,已在国内服役多年,而随着使用年限的增加,其检查、维保的成本越来越高,其中仪器接收声系的拆解检查是最主要原因。因此研制了一种快速检查装置,提供多路测试声源信号,实现在不拆解声系的情况下,快速无损检查该仪器接收声系的工作状态,降低人力、物料和时间成本,提高检维修效率。
XMAC Ⅱ is a high-end imaging logging tool imported from Baker Hughes,which has been in service for many years in China.With the increase of its service life,the cost of inspection,maintenance and protection is getting more and more higher,among which the disassembly inspection of the instrument receiving sound system is the main reason.Therefore,a fast inspection device is developed to provide multi channel test sound source signals,to realize fast and non-destructive inspection of the working state of the sound system received by the instrument without dismantling the sound system,reduce the cost of manpower,materials and time,and improve the efficiency of inspection and maintenance.
