摘要
亨廷顿病(HD)由中枢神经系统退行性变引起,明显损害患者认知、情绪及运动等,尤其是运动功能,可导致典型舞蹈样动作。目前影像学诊断HD仍存在一定困难。PET脑代谢显像、多巴胺系统显像、脑内受体显像及相关多模态显像技术等可提高HD检出率。本文对PET检测HD的应用进展进行综述。
Huntington disease(HD)is caused by degeneration of the central nervous system,which obviously damaged the cognition,emotions and movements,especially for movement function resulted in typical dancing-like movement.At present,there are still difficulties in diagnosis of HD.PET can improve the detection rate of HD by brain metabolic imaging,dopamine system imaging and brain receptor imaging and some other related multimodal imaging techniques.The application progresses of PET in detection of HD were reviewed in this article.
