摘要
特应性皮炎是一种与表皮屏障功能受损以及免疫功能失衡有关的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其发病与Janus激酶(JAK)-信号转导与转录激活因子(STAT)信号通路密切相关。通过阻断白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-13、IL-31等相关细胞因子介导的JAK-STAT信号通路,影响下游基因的表达,从而对特应性皮炎起治疗作用。本文对近年来JAK-STAT信号通路参与特应性皮炎发病机制的研究以及JAK抑制剂在特应性皮炎中的应用进行综述。
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease related to impaired epidermal barrier function and immune function imbalance.Its pathogenesis is closely related to the Janus kinase(JAK)-signal transduction and activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway.According to blocking the JAK-STAT signaling pathway mediated by interleukin(IL)-4,IL-13,IL-31 and other related cytokines,it affects the expression of downstream genes,thereby treating atopic dermatitis.This article reviews recent studies on the involvement of JAK-STAT signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis and the application of JAK inhibitors in atopic dermatitis.
