摘要 为研究活性粉末混凝土(RPC)箱梁在弯矩作用下的受力特性,设计制作了1孔24 m预应力节段拼装RPC箱梁进行抗弯性能试验,得到结构的荷载-挠度曲线、应变、裂缝的发展和分布情况,并采用有限元软件进行建模分析。结果表明:在铁路运营荷载作用下,结构处于全截面受压状态;梁在开裂之前处于弹性状态,第1条裂缝在胶结缝产生,裂缝产生后很快延伸到梁的顶板;梁的截面应变符合平截面假定。 In order to study the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete(RPC)box girder under bending moment,a 24 m RPC precast segmental box girder was designed and fabricated for flexural behavior test.The loaddeflection curve,strain,crack development and distribution of the structure were obtained,and the finite element software was used for modeling analysis.The results show that under the railway operation load,the structure is in the full section compression state.The girder is in the elastic state before cracking,the first crack occurs in the epoxy joint,and the crack soon extends to the girder roof.The section strain of the girder conforms to the plane section assumption.
