摘要 针对基于NPC(Neutral Point Clamped)的三相双有源桥式直流变换器,提出了一种瞬时电流控制策略,该控制策略的原理是在桥式直流变换器的两个稳态之间引入一个过渡区间,通过调节过渡区间内桥式变换器的占空比大小使得三相变压器三相电感电流仅经过4/3个开关周期的过渡区间就可达到平衡。然后,通过对变换器的稳态及暂态过程进行分析建模,采用叠加定理计算出过渡区间内占空比的调节规律。研究所提的瞬时电流控制策略可以大大降低三相电感电流不平衡度以及电感电流直流偏置,从而防止三相变压器磁饱和,改善变换器的动态性能。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink上搭建了仿真模型,仿真验证了所提控制策略的可行性和先进性。 This paper proposes an instantaneous current control method for a three-phase dual active bridge DC converter based on NPC(Neutral-Point-Clamped).The principle of the control method is that the bridge DC converter has two steady states.A transition section is introduced between the transition section,and the duty cycle of the bridge converter in the transition section is adjusted so that the three-phase inductor current of the three-phase transformer can achieve balance after only the transition section of 4/3 switching cycles.In addition,by analyzing and modeling the steady-state and transient processes of the converter,the superposition theorem is used to calculate the regulation law of the duty cycle in the transition interval.The instantaneous current control strategy proposed in this paper can greatly reduce the three-phase inductor current imbalance and the inductor current DC bias,thereby preventing the three-phase transformer from magnetic saturation and improving the dynamic performance of the converter.Finally,a simulation model was built on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the feasibility and advancement of the proposed control strategy.
