摘要
目的探讨“五心”工作法联合质控小组对肛肠外科护理管理质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月~2019年5月上海市东方医院吉安医院肛肠外科收治的60例患者,予以传统管理模式(作为开展前)。选取2019年6月~2020年1月上海市东方医院吉安医院肛肠外科收治的60例患者,给予“五心”工作法联合质控小组管理新模式(作为开展后)。护理人员共计13名。比较“五心”工作法联合质控小组管理新模式开展前后,护理人员的工作强度及患者的满意度、并发症发生情况。结果“五心”工作法联合质控小组管理新模式开展后,护理人员工作强度评分低于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者“五心”工作法联合质控小组管理新模式开展后对护理流程、服务态度、护患关系等护理管理质量维度的满意评分均高于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者“五心”工作法联合质控小组管理新模式开展后的并发症总发生率(3.33%)低于开展前(18.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于肛肠外科开展“五心”工作法联合质控小组管理新模式,能降低护理并发症发生率,对于护理质量的持续性改进有显著增益效果。
Objective To explore the effect of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team on nursing management quality of department of anorectal surgery.Methods From October 2018 to May 2019,sixty patients admitted to the Department of Anorectal Surgery in Ji′an Hospital,Shanghai Dongfang Hospital were selected and provided with the traditional management mode(as before management).And sixty patients admitted to the Department of Anorectal Surgery in Ji′an Hospital,Shanghai Dongfang Hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and provided with the new management mode of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team(as after management).There were 13 nursing staffs in total.The work intensity of nursing staffs,patient′s satisfaction and the occurrence of complications before and after the implementation of the new management mode of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team were compared.Results After the new management mode of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team was launched,the working intensity score of nursing staff was lower than that before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing management quality dimensions,such as nursing process,service attitude and nurse-patient relationship,after the new management mode of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team was launched were all higher than those before,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the new management mode of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team was launched,the overall incidence of complications in patients(3.33%)was lower than that before management of 18.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the new management mode of"Wuxin"work combined with quality control team in anorectal surgery can reduce the incidence of nursing complications and has a marked effect on the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
