摘要
目的探讨复方阿嗪米特结合莫沙必利治疗老年胃肠疾病相关性消化不良的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月赣州市人民医院老年病科收治的老年胃肠疾病相关性消化不良患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(50例)和对照组(50例),联合组应用复方阿嗪米特结合莫沙必利治疗,对照组单独应用莫沙必利治疗。比较两组患者的症状积分、生活质量评分、临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组严重程度积分、症状出现频率均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量评分高于治疗前,联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组症状消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方阿嗪米特结合莫沙必利治疗老年胃肠疾病相关性消化不良的疗效显著,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of compound Azinmide combined with Mosapride in the treatment of gastrointestinal disease-related dyspepsia in the elderly.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with gastroenteric-related dyspepsia admitted to the Geriatric Department of Ganzhou People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the combined group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The combined group was treated with compound Azinomide combined with Mosapride,while the control group was treated with Mosapride alone.The symptom score,quality of life score,clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,length of hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the severity score and symptom frequency of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group was lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and the combined group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance and hospital stay in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Azinomide combined with Moxapride has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of gastrointestinal disease-related dyspepsia in the elderly.
