摘要
结合我科收治的1例胃窦毛细血管扩张症(gastric antral vascular ectasia,GAVE)致消化道出血的诊治过程,探讨GAVE的病因、病理、发病机制、诊治方法,提高鉴别能力及临床诊治水平,达到早诊早治,以减轻患者痛苦,选择最优方式治疗,期待获益最大。
Based on the diagnosis and treatment process of one case of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by gastric antral vascular ectasia(GAVE)admitted by our department,the causes,pathology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment methods of GAVE were discussed,so as to improve the discrimination ability and clinical diagnosis and treatment level,and achieve early diagnosis and treatment,so as to relieve the pain of patients and select the best treatment,expecting the greatest benefit.
