摘要
为有效解决焦化废气排放对环境的污染,研发了全负压废气回收控制系统,介绍了其工艺流程及反应机理。并在对系统进行安全性分析的基础上,详细阐述了废气回收技术的设计及操作方法。密闭常压容器帽罩式安全液封装置可将储槽内超标废气的压力值降至安全范围,解决废气回收系统吸入空气造成的安全隐患,实现废气的远程集中回收控制,回收浓度高,废气零排放,具有保护环境、绿色发展的现实意义。
In order to effectively solve the environmental pollution caused by coking waste gas emission,a total negative pressure waste gas recovery control system was developed,and its process flow and reaction mechanism were introduced in this paper.Based on the safety analysis of its system,the design and operation method of waste gas recovery technology are described in detail.The hood-type safety liquid seal device of closed atmospheric pressure vessel can reduce the pressure value of excessive waste gas in the storage tank to a safe range,solve the potential safety hazard caused by the air inhaled of waste gas recovery system,realize the remote centralized recovery control of waste gas with high recovery concentration and waste gas zero emission,which has the practical significance of environmental protection and green development.
