摘要
大型仪器设备的档案管理是大型仪器设备管理的重要组成部分,分析了在全生命周期管理中大型仪器设备的档案内容,阐述了天津商业大学大型仪器设备档案信息化管理模式,提出了在档案管理中人员因素、档案与使用效益等方面的思考。
The archives management is an important part of the management of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.This paper analyses the content of archives in the whole life cycle management of large-scale instruments and equipment and explains the information management mode in Tianjin University of Commerce.Then the thinking on stuff factors,archives and utilization efficiency of archives management of large-scale instruments and equipment is put forward.
