摘要
低浓度含锰废水由于资源化回收价值不大,需要一种低成本的水处理工艺。针对低浓度含锰废水特征,开展了在曝气条件下利用氧化锰砂处理含锰废水的试验研究,结果显示废水的初始pH值对除锰效果影响显著,不同种类的氧化锰砂对除锰效果影响不大。含锰废水经处理后,锰浓度可从23 mg/L下降到0.46 mg/L,达到Mn^(2+)浓度低于2 mg/L的排放指标要求。工程应用表明,曝气条件下锰砂滤池可以有效去除溶液中的Mn^(2+),含锰和氨氮在15 mg/L以内的废水,通过处理均能达到(GB 8978-1996)排放指标要求,每立方米废水的运行费用0.675元,运行成本低,对于低浓度含锰废水曝气条件下锰砂接触氧化是一种简单有效、经济可行的水处理工艺。
Low-concentration manganese wastewater is not worthy of resource recovery which requires a low-cost treatment process.Based on the characteristics of low-concentration manganese wastewater,this study carried out an experimental study on using manganese oxide sand to treat manganese wastewater under aeration condition.The results show that the initial pH of the wastewater has a significant impact on the removal of manganese,whereas the impact of manganese oxide species is not notable.After the treatment,the manganese concentration in the wastewater can be reduced from 23 mg/L to 0.46 mg/L,as meets the discharging requirement(i.e.,the Mn^(2+)concentration should not exceed than 2 mg/L).The engineering application shows the manganese sand filter can effectively remove the Mn^(2+)in the solution under aeration condition.After that,the wastewater with manganese and ammonia nitrogen less than 15 mg/L can meet the discharging requirements(GB 8978-1996).The operating cost is 0.675 yuan per cubic meter of wastewater,which is very low.Therefore,manganese sand contact oxidation under aeration condition is a simple and cost-effective treatment for low-concentration manganese wastewater.
