摘要
近年来,我国建筑行业蓬勃发展,其中装配式建筑得到了广泛应用,与此同时,装配式建筑的管理水平不断提升。将BIM技术应用到装配式建筑全生命周期管理中,可以彰显装配式建筑的优越性,同时,也极大地方便了施工,有助于提升装配式建筑的质量。论文分析了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑的优势,并结合装配式建筑的全生命周期管理过程,提出了BIM技术的应用实践。
In recent years,China's construction industry is booming,in which prefabricated building has been widely used.At the same time,the management level of prefabricated building is constantly improving.The application of BIM technology to the whole life cycle management of prefabricated building can highlight the advantages of prefabricated building,at the same time,it also greatly facilitates the construction and helps to improve the quality of prefabricated building.This paper analyzes the advantages of prefabricated building based on BIM technology,and combined with the whole life cycle management process of prefabricated building,puts forward the application practice of BIM technology.
