基于临界应变镍基合金堆焊层FM152热裂倾向分析

Analysis on Hot Cracking Tendency of FM 152 Weld Overlay of 690 Ni-based Alloy Based on Critical Strain

摘要 为研究690镍基合金堆焊层FM152热裂倾向,采用SMAW,用ENiCrMo-7型焊丝对690镍基合金板材进行对接焊实验。利用扫描电镜对裂纹处的显微组织进行观察。利用可调拘束实验并结合数值模拟方法对690镍基合金堆焊层的热裂倾向进行评价。结果表明:在应变为2%和4%的可调拘束实验中,4%应变下试板出现开裂;同时,结合应变为2%和4%的可调拘束实验模拟结果计算临界应变,结果显示4%应变下开裂位置处塑形应变大于临界应变,因此发生了开裂。 In order to study the hot cracking tendency of 690 nickel-based alloy weld overlay FM152,the butt welding experiments of 690 nickel-based alloy plates were carried out using ENiCrMo-7 welding wire by SMAW.The microstructure of the crack was observed by SEM,and the hot cracking tendency of 690 Ni-based alloy weld overlay was evaluated by adjustable restraint experiment and numerical simulation.The results show that,in the adjustable restraint experiments with strain of 2%and 4%,the specimen with strain of 4%cracks;meanwhile,the critical strain is calculated by the simulation results of the adjustable restraint experiments with strain of 2%and 4%,and the results show that the plastic strain at the cracking position under strain of 4%is greater than the critical strain,so the cracking occurs.
