摘要
我国大部分地区普遍都有冬季架空线路结冰的现象,造成大型线路结冰事故,给电力部门安全稳定运行带来极大的挑战。人工除冰或短路除冰都会使地区大面积停电,给电力系统带来损失。提出了一种基于架空线路CPS监测系统的融冰方法,当CPS监测系统检测到线路有结冰现象时,启动发热电阻线路进行加热,可以在短时间内对结冰线路进行融冰,在不停电的情况下,保障了电力安全,极大地减少了电力系统的损失。
There is a common phenomenon that overhead line will freeze in winter in most parts of China.It will cause large-scale line icing accidents and would bring great challenge to power sector’s safe and stable operation.Both manual deicing and short circuit can make the region blackout,which will cause significant damage to the power system.In this paper,an ice-melting method based on CPS monitoring system of overhead line is proposed.When the CPS monitoring system detects the icing on the line,it will start the heat resistance line to heat the line.Then it can melt ice on icy line in a short time,which can continue to supply power without a power outage.This innovative method can ensure power safety,and reduce the loss of the power system for the most part.
