摘要
城市空间的有机更新在城市存量空间优化过程中起到关键性的作用。文章首先介绍顶层规划理念"城市双修",指出城市空间的有机更新是在城市双修语境下城市修补的重要策略,继而引出"从拟物到共情"这一设计策略,并介绍在这一策略下,粟上海社区美术馆的两个有机更新改造方式。文章旨在辨析在城市双修语境下,焕活老旧城市空间的有机更新策略不能局限于"物"之更新,更多地要借助社区营造与科学分析代入公众之"情"。
Organic renewal of urban space plays a key role in the optimization of urban stock spaces.This article first introduces the top-level planning concept of "Urban Double Repair",and points out that organic renewal of urban space is an important strategy in the context of urban double repair.It introduces the design strategy of "from Objectification to empathy" and the organic renewal and transformation of two Shanghai community art museums guided by this strategy.This article aims to analyze the organic renewal strategy that rejuvenates old urban space in the context of urban dual-modernization,which is not limited to the renewal of "things" but rely more on community building and scientific analysis of public "emotions".
