摘要 通过测定10个地黄种质资源的相对电导率、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量,比较分析不同地黄种质资源的抗逆性,为选择优良地黄种质资源提供依据。结果表明,这4个抗逆指标在10个地黄种质资源间差异显著,83-抚育的电导率显著低于其他种质;金九、怀丰、83-抚育和85-5的脯氨酸含量显著低于其他种质;金九的可溶性糖含量最高,野生的最低;金九和怀丰的丙二醛含量最低。经过隶属函数值综合评价后得出10个地黄种质资源的综合抗逆性从高到低依次为金九>小黑英=狮子头>红薯王>沁怀一号>怀丰>9302>83-抚育>野生>85-5。结合光合速率研究结果,金九、狮子头、红薯王和小黑英可作为优良种质资源推广种植或进行进一步评价。 This experiment compared and analyzed the resistance of different germplasm resources of Rehmannia glutinosa by measuring their relative conductivity,the content of proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde,it can provide a basis for selecting excellent Rehmannia glutinosa germplasm resources.The results showed that there were significant differences between the four stress resistance indexes among 10 germplasm resources Rehmannia glutinosa.The conductivity of 83-Fuyu was significantly lower than that of other germplasms.The proline content of Jinjiu,Huaifeng,83-Fuyu and 85-5 was significantly lower than that of other germplasm.The soluble sugar content of Jinjiu was the highest;and the wild one had the lowest.The malondialdehyde content of Jinjiu and Huaifeng was the lowest.After the comprehensive evaluation of the membership function value,the comprehensive resistance of the 10 germplasm resources from the highest to the lowest was Jinjiu>Xiaoheiying=Shizitou>Hongshuwang>Qinhuai 1>Huaifeng>9302>83-Fuyu>wild>85-5.Combined with the photosynthetic characteristicsrate of Rehmannia glutinosa,Jinjiu,Shizitou,Hongshuwang and Xiaoheiying could be used as excellent germplasm resources for cultivation or further evaluation.
