摘要 在此探讨一种具有高降压比的新型单级单开关DC/DC转换器,用作分布式储能系统中电池组的充电装置。在传统Buck电路的基础上,首先在输入正极与主控开关之间串入一个基于二极管、电感和电容的开关网络单元。在二极管以一定频率和一定占空比进行开关的作用下,网络单元中的电容电压为输入电压与占空比的乘积。然后在原有续流回路的基础上,以X形连接方式增加一条由二极管和电感组成的续流通道进一步降压。对该新型拓扑进行了模式分析和稳态特性分析,并且使用电源仿真软件SIMPLIS对分析结果进行了验证。设计调试了一台600 W的实验样机,实验结果表明,与传统Buck电路相比,在相同占空比情况下,该转换器具有更强的降压能力。 As a battery charger in distributed energy storage system,a novel single-stage single-switch DC/DC converter with high step-down ratio is investigated.Based on traditional Buck circuit,a switching network cell including diode,inductor and capacitor is inserted between positive terminal of input source and main active switch.As the diode switching with certain frequency and duty ratio,capacitor voltage is derived as multiplication of input voltage and duty ratio.Then,an extra freewheeling path based on diode and inductor is created in X-shape connection with the original one,resulting in further voltage step-down.Operation modes and steady-state characteristics analysis are carried out.Also,the derived analysis results are verified by simulation tool SIMPLIS.A 600 W experimental prototype is built,debugged and tested.The testing results demonstrate that the converter features better step-down capability compared to traditional Buck circuit under same duty cycle.
