摘要 准确估算单体电池状态是实现电池储能系统精准控制的关键,储能电池性能衰变性及运行路径的依赖性决定其外特性参数呈时变非线性,传统估算方法未考虑电池性能老化的影响,导致电池状态全生命周期估算适应性差。文中分析铅碳电池存储电量–端电压形成机理,构建基于Thevenin模型的铅碳电池开路电压、阻容参数辨识模型,基于大量电池充放电试验数据,挖掘出能够反映电池性能老化特性的铅碳电池工作电压与电池可用电量的关联关系,据此提出一种基于满放状态开路电压–可用电量关系的铅碳电池状态估算新方法,设计对比试验,验证所提出电池状态估算方法的有效性。 Accurate estimation of the state of the single battery is the key to achieve accurate control of the battery energy storage system. The performance degradation of the energy storage battery and the dependence of the operating path determine its external characteristic parameters are time-varying non-linear. Traditional estimation methods do not consider the impact of battery performance degradation. Resulting in poor adaptability of the battery life cycle estimation. The mechanism of lead-carbon battery storage capacity-terminal voltage formation was analyzed, and an open-circuit voltage and resistance-capacitance parameter identification model for lead-carbon batteries based on Thevenin model. Based on a large amount of battery charge-discharge test data, the lead that can reflect the battery performance decay characteristics was excavated. The correlation between the working voltage of the carbon battery and the available power of the battery. Based on this, a new method for estimating the state of lead-carbon batteries based on the relationship between the full discharge voltage and the available power was proposed. A comparative experiment was designed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method for estimating the state of the battery.
