大型双壁钢吊箱围堰施工监控

摘要 近年来一种适用于河床比较深,承台底标高在水面以下且距河床较高情况下的一种新型有底结构钢吊箱围堰在桥梁深水承台的施工中得到使用,这种钢吊箱围堰的力学性能受多种因素影响,其结构可靠性直接关系到桥梁承台施工的成败。本文以深水基础施工平台和双壁钢吊箱围堰结构的力学行为为研究对象,在研究和总结了深水基础施工平台和双壁钢吊箱围堰结构的施工、设计和研究现状的基础上,使用三维有限元软件Midas civil对彭溪河特大桥10号墩桩基及承台施工中施工平台和钢吊箱围堰工程实例进行了计算分析,得到了该施工平台和钢吊箱在结构自重、风荷载、流水荷载、静水压力、施工荷载等及其组合的各种工况下的应力变化和变形特点。 In recent years»a new type of steel box cofferdam with bottom structure has been used in the construction of bridge deep-water bearing platform,which is suitable for the condition of deep riverbed,the bottom elevation of bearing platform is below the water surface and higher from the riverbed.The mechanical properties of this kind of steel box cofferdam are affected by many factors,and its structural reliability is directly related to the success or failure of the construction of bridge bearing platform.In this paper,the mechanical behavior of the deep-water foundation construction platform and double wall steel boxed cofferdam structure is taken as the research object.Based on the research and summary of the construction,design and research status of the deep-water foundation construction platform and double wall steel boxed cofferdam structure,the three-dimensional finite element software MIDAS civil is used to study the construction platform and steel boxed cofferdam project of the 10 X pier pile foundation and bearing platform construction of Pengxi River Super Major Bridge Through calculation and analysis,the stress change and deformation characteristics of the construction platform and steel box under various working conditions such as structural self weight,wind load,flowing water load,hydrostatic pressure,construction load and their combination are obtained.
