摘要
简要介绍了WT-4500型超声波钢板自动探伤系统的检测优势,详细介绍了该探伤系统的探头布置、机械结构特征和软件功能。该探伤系统总共设置了232个通道(包括2个备用通道、196个中部通道和34个边部通道),能够满足石油管行业超声波检验标准的要求,适用于连续检测钢管管体、钢板分层以及钢板板边非分层的缺陷。采用超声波标准JIS-Z-2352和计量检定规程JJG 746—2004对WT-4500型超声波钢板自动探伤设备的性能进行了测定,结果表明,该系统的水平线性、垂直线性、动态范围、远距离和近距离分辨率、灵敏度余量等技术指标均达到标准要求,性能稳定。
The advantages of WT-4500 automatic ultrasonic flaw detection system of steel plate are briefly introduced.The probe layout,mechanical structure characteristics and software functions of the system are introduced in detail.The flaw detection system has 232 channels(including 2 alternate channels,196 channels in the middle and 34 channels in the side),which can meet the requirements of the ultrasonic inspection standard of petroleum pipe industry,and is suitable for continuous detection of defects in pipe body,steel plate layering and non-layering at the side of steel plate.The performance of WT-4500 ultrasonic automatic flaw detection equipment of steel pipe was measured by using the ultrasonic standard JIS-Z-2352 and the metrometric verification regulation JJG 746—2004.The results show that the technical indexes of the system,such as horizontal linear,vertical linear,dynamic range,long and short range resolution and sensitivity margin,meet the standard requirements,and the performance is stable.
