摘要
根据身体成分分析仪测试大学生身体成分的结果,基于20m逐级递增负荷折返跑(20mMSRT)测试的有氧运动,以最大摄氧量值为效标,与身体成分相关数据进行比较分析。实验表明,大学生体重正常的学生最大摄氧量均处于健康水平(男>44.3ml/kg/min;女>38.6ml/kg/min),但体重超重者最大摄氧量低于健康水平。大学生身体质量指数、体脂百分比、瘦体重与有氧运动关系复杂,故在评价心血管机能、预测心血管疾病时,应同时考虑身体成分与最大摄氧量两者之间的关系。
According to the results ofbody composition analyzer testing college students’ body composition, based on the aerobic exercise of 20 m incremental load turn back running(20 mm SRT) test, taking the maximum oxygen uptake value as the criterion, the relevant data of body composition are compared. The results showed that the maximum oxygen uptake of the students with normal weight was at the healthy level(male > 44.3 ml/kg/min;female > 38.6 ml/kg/Min), but the maximum oxygen uptake of the students with overweight was lower than the healthy level. The relationship between body mass index, body fat percentage, lean body weight and aerobic exercise is complex, so the relationship between body composition and maximal oxygen uptake should be considered when evaluating cardiovascular function and predicting cardiovascular disease.
