摘要 针对有功缺额可能导致舰船电力推进系统频率偏移和采用目前的低频减载控制策略不能精确计算各条总线有功缺额的问题,以提高有功缺额的计算精度为目标,将加权最小二乘算法引入分布状态估计控制器中,寻找各条总线之间的有功功率和无功功率最优解。采用基于分布状态估计的低频减载控制策略,在优化减载量的基础上考虑负载切除的优先级。用Matlab/Simulink对IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)3机9节点系统进行仿真分析的结果表明,采用该控制策略能更加精确地计算出舰船电力推进系统的有功缺额,缩短其频率恢复时间,提高减载量的精确度,确保舰船电力推进系统稳定运行。 In view of the problem of frequency deviation caused by active power shortage and the fact that the active power shortage of each bus cannot be accurately calculated by the current low-frequency load reduction control strategy,the weighted least square algorithm is introduced into the distributed state estimation controller to find the optimal solution of active power and reactive power between each bus and to improve the calculating accuracy of the active power gap.The low-frequency load reduction control strategy of distribution state estimation algorithm is adopted,and the priority of load removal is considered on the basis of optimizing load reduction.Simulation analysis of IEEE 3-machine 9-node system by Matlab/Simulink shows that the control strategy adopted in this paper enables the calculation of the active power gap of ship electric propulsion system more accurately,which improves the frequency recovery time and the accuracy of load reduction,so as to ensure the stable operation of the ship electric propulsion system.
