摘要
该研究依据IEC 62667:2017标准中的定义,介绍了一种放射治疗用轻离子加速器射程及其稳定性测量方法。与其他研究领域射程的定义不同,作为国际标准,该方法可广泛用于医用轻离子束治疗设备射程及其稳定性的测量。该研究通过实际测量,对轻离子束射程及其稳定性的定义、试验布置、使用的仪器设备进行简单阐述,以碳离子束为例给出测量结果,对试验方法和测量结果进行分析和讨论,并对测量过程中可能产生的问题给出解决建议,目的是为医用轻离子束治疗设备射程及其稳定性的评价提供标准化测量方法,试验结果表明,该测量方法可行。
According to the definition of range in the IEC 62667:2017 standard,a method for measuring the range and its stability of light ion accelerator for radiotherapy was introduced in this paper.Different from the definition of range in the other research fields,this method in this international standard could be widely used to measure the range and its stability of medical light ion beam therapy equipment.Based on practical measurement,the definition of light ion beam range and its stability and the test arrangement and instrument&equipment used for measuring them were briefly described.Taking carbon ion beam as the example,the measuring results were given,the test method and measurement results were analyzed and discussed,and then some suggestions were given to solve the problems that may arise in the process of measurement.The test results showed that the measurement method was feasible.The purpose of this paper was to provide the standardized measurement method for evaluating the range and its stability of medical light ion beam therapy equipment.
