摘要
为进一步保证综采工作面的采煤效率和安全性,以21051工作面为例在分析其地质、煤层以及顶底板情况的基础上,拟采用走向长壁放顶采煤工艺,并基于PFC2D数值模拟软件对不同放煤步距和采高下的采出率和含矸率进行对比分析,最终结合数值模拟结果和经济、成本得出走向长壁放顶采煤工艺下的最佳工艺参数。
In order to further ensure the mining efficiency and safety of fully mechanized working face,taking 21051 working face as an example,based on the analysis of its geology,coal seam and roof and floor conditions,it is proposed to adopt strike longwall caving mining technology,and based on PFC2D numerical simulation software,the mining rate and gangue rate under different caving steps and mining height are compared and analyzed,finally combined with the numerical simulation results and economic and cost analysis The best process parameters of longwall caving mining technology are obtained.
