摘要
本文以钒钼酸铵为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定了马铃薯样品中的磷元素含量。探讨了不同产地的马铃薯样品中磷元素含量的差异。将马铃薯样品经预处理后,用钒钼酸铵作为显色剂,在420nm的波长用分光光度计测量其吸光度,实验中在1~5μg/mL的浓度范围内标准曲线方程为y=0.0511x+0.0033(R^(2)=0.993),再将所测得的吸光度代入标准曲线方程中,求得磷元素含量。本实验所测得实验结果准确,且方法简便、耗时少,可用于马铃薯中磷元素的测定。
The content of phosphorus in potato samples was determined by Spectrophotometry with ammonium vanadomolybdate as chromogenic agent.The difference of phosphorus content in potato samples from different areas was discussed.After pretreatment of potato sample,ammonium vanadomolybdate was used as chromogenic agent,and its absorbance was measured by spectrophotometer at 420 nm.In the experiment,the standard curve equation was y=0.0511x+0.0033(R2=0.993) in the concentration range of 1-5 μg/ml.then the measured absorbance was substituted into the standard curve equation to obtain the phosphorus content.The method is simple and time-consuming.It can be used for the determination of phosphorus in potato.
