摘要
2020年突发新冠疫情,很多人开始“线上购新鲜”,生鲜电商末端配送呈现出订单多、配送效率低、客户要求严苛等情况。就此,文章分析其形成的原因,提出利用智能机器人完成“无接触配送”、拓展多种末端配送模式、提升生鲜冷链配送体系、创新生鲜供应链上的分销渠道等建议,对生鲜电商末端配送进行优化,以期为生鲜电商发展助力,为危机下的经济发展护航。
2020,due to the COVID-19 outbreak, more and more people began to "purchase fresh products online". The terminal distribution of fresh e-commerce presented the problems such as high level of order numbers but low distribution efficiency and strict customer requirements. In this regard, this paper analyzes the reasons for its formation, and puts forward some suggestions, such as using intelligent robots to complete "contactless distribution",expanding a variety of terminal distribution modes, improving the fresh cold chain distribution system, and innovating the distribution channels on the fresh supply chain, so as to optimize the terminal distribution of fresh e-commerce and help the development of fresh e-commerce and escort the economic development under the crisis.
