摘要
针对基于等价空间原理的传统诊断算法无法实现捷联惯导四轴陀螺组件故障分离的问题,本文提出了基于广义似然比法和斜率突变检测相结合的故障检测与隔离方法。分析对比了2种四轴陀螺冗余配置方案的量测性能与故障检测性能;以奇偶残差构建卡方检测量,采用广义似然比法对四轴陀螺组件进行故障检测;引入最小二乘方法拟合陀螺输出斜率,通过陀螺输出数据的斜率变化定位故障陀螺,并记录故障信息,实现系统重构。通过仿真验证证明:所提出的方法可以快速准确的识别故障器件,保证惯性系统陀螺组件的可靠性。
The traditional diagnosis algorithm based on parity space cannot realize the fault separation of a gyro-quadruplet.Based on this problem,a fault detection and isolation method is presented,combining the generalized likelihood ratio with slope mutation detection.In this work,two gyro-quadruplet redundant configurations are analyzed and compared for performance of measurement and fault detection.A chi-square detection quantity is constructed by odd and even residuals,and fault detection of a gyro-quadruplet is carried out using the generalized likelihood ratio method.The least square method is introduced to fit the slope of the gyro output,and the fault gyro is located by the slope change of the gyro output data.The diagnostic result is then recorded and implemented to reconstruct the gyroscopic module.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can identify the fault components quickly and accurately,and ensure the reliability of the gyro components in a strapdown inertial navigation system.
