摘要
城市避难绿地是城市防灾避难系统的主要载体,其空间分布、可达性优劣直接影响着灾害发生时城市的避难服务能力。采用ArcGIS网络分析法,获得南京市主城区2019年城市避难绿地在0—3、3—5、5—10和10—15 min 4个时间段内可达区域等时线范围,分别从可达范围和服务人口对避难绿地可达性进行分析。结果表明,各行政区避难绿地可达性存在明显差异;避难绿地供给与人口需求存在明显不平衡现象。针对可达性评价结果,对南京市避难绿地布局提出优化建议,探索更具有科学性、合理性的城市避难绿地布局优化途径。
Urban refuge green space is the main carrier of urban disaster prevention and refuge system.Its spatial distribution and accessibility directly affect the ability of urban refuge service when disasters occur.In this study,the ArcGIS network analysis method was used to obtain the isochron range of urban refuge green space in 0-3,3-5,5-10 and 10-15 min in the main urban area of Nanjing in 2019.The accessibility of refuge green space was analyzed based on the accessibility range and service population.The results show that there are obvious differences in the accessibility of refuge green space in different administrative regions,and there is an obvious imbalance between the supply of refuge green space and the demand of population.According to the accessibility evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the layout optimization of refuge green space in Nanjing,and explores a more scientific and reasonable way to optimize the layout of urban refuge green space.
