摘要
目的:探究优质护理服务在健康体检中心的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月体检人员60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理服务;观察组给予优质护理服务。比较两组体检情况及体检期间突发事件发生率。结果:观察组体检时间少于对照组,体检项目完成率、交单率及1次体检完成率均高于对照组,且体检期间突发事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在健康体检中心应用优质护理服务,对提升患者体检质量具有促进意义。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in health examination center.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,60 people who received physical examination in health examination center were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing service.The observation group was given high-quality nursing service.The physical examination conditions and the incidence of emergencies during the physical examination were compared.Results:The time of physical examination in observation group was less than that in control group,the completion rate of physical examination items,the delivery rate and the completion rate of one physical examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of emergencies during physical examination was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing service in health examination center is of great significance to improve the quality of physical examination.
