摘要
三门核电AP1000项目运行和控制中心系统中设计有DCS主控/远停切换功能,在正常运行工况下,操纵员在主控室执行电站的运行监控。当发生主控撤离事件时,操纵员可以将主控功能切换到远程停堆室实现安全停堆。主控/远停切换采用先进的KVM矩阵式光纤路由技术,简单紧凑,便于管理。本文先对主控/远停切换功能进行简要介绍,然后结合三门项目现场实际情况,分析切换功能设计的优缺点,并就故障诊断给出建议。
SMNPC AP1000 project adopts DCS MCR/RSR transfer design.Plant operation monitoring and control is performed in MCR under normal conditions.Once MCR evacuation occurs,safe shutdown is achieved at RSR after MCR/RSR transfer.Advanced KVM fiber matrix router technology is used for transfer and makes it compact and easier to manage.This article gives a brief introduction of MCR/RSR transfer function.The advantage and disadvantage are analyzed based on Sanmen project.Suggestions for troubleshooting are provided in the end.
