多重耐药泵基因oqxAB的研究进展

摘要 耐药节结化细胞分化家族(RND)外排泵蛋白OqxAB对氟喹诺酮类、喹噁啉类、氨基糖苷类和氯霉素类等多种抗生素以及部分消毒剂类物质具有外排作用,并可由质粒介导传播。近年来,oqxAB基因的广泛流行及传播逐渐引发人们的担忧。本文通过对oqxAB基因的结构功能、表达调控和流行特征等方面的研究进行综述,旨在说明采取有关措施加强防控oqxAB基因传播的必要性。同时,本文也指出结合临床条件的耐药转移调控研究可作为未来的研究热点。 The oqxAB is a multidrug-resistant efflux gene encoding the OqxAB efflux pump.This pump has efflux effects on fluoroquinolones,quinoxalines,aminoglycosides,chloramphenicol and other antibiotics as well as some disinfectants,and the oqxAB gene is often carried by plasmids.In recent years,the widespread prevalence and spread of oqxAB gene has gradually aroused people’s concern.In this article,the structure,function,expression regulation and epidemic characteristics of oqxAB gene were reviewed to illustrate that measures should be taken to strengthen the prevention and control of oqxAB gene transmission.At the same time,this paper also points out that the study of transfer of drug resistance combined with clinical conditions can be a future research focus.
