摘要
盐酸马尼地平是第三代合成降压新药.本文利用一维、二维核磁共振(NMR)技术,包括^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR DEPT-135、^(1)H-^(1)H NOESY、^(1)H-^(1)H COSY、^(1)H-^(13)C HSQC和^(1)H-^(13)C HMBC,对其^(1)H和^(13)C NMR信号进行了全归属,进一步确证了其分子结构.同时,对其^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR谱中一些异常信号进行了讨论.
Manidipine hydrochloride is the third generation of new synthetic antihypertensive drugs.The structure of manidipine hydrochloride was confirmed with 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques,such as ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,DEPT-135,^(1)H-^(1)H COSY,^(1)H-^(1)H NOESY,^(1)H-^(13)C HSQC,and ^(1)H-^(13)C HMBC.Some abnormal signals in ^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR spectra were further discussed.
