摘要
分别采用皂土及二氧化硅对Nafion膜进行改性,结果表明,在二氧化硅改性优于皂土,其剂量为5%时,Nafion膜吸水量提高34.5%,除湿效果最佳。红外分析表明,二氧化硅增加了磺酸基吸收峰的强度,有利于提高膜的除湿性能。可用于气体除湿,同时保留烟气中低浓度气态污染物,确保气体分析的准确性。
Nafion membrane was modified by bentonite and silica respectively.The results showed that the modified silica was better than the modified saponite.When the dosage was 5%,the water absorption of Nafion membrane increased by 34.5%and the dehumidification effect was the best.IR analysis showed that silica increases the intensity of sulfonate group absorption peak,which is beneficial to improve the dehumidification performance of the film and it be used for gas dehumidification while retaining low concentration of gaseous pollutants in flue gas to ensure the accuracy.
