摘要
指出了职业院校教师到相关企业实践锻炼已成为"双师型"教师培养的重要途径,南疆职业院校涉农专业教师通过下企业实践锻炼培养成为“双师型”教师虽取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题:如教师下企业实践锻炼时间安排不尽合理、企业接受积极性不高、实践锻炼考核不灵活等现实问题。因此,提出了可通过政府、企业、院校和教师共同努力、通力合作,采取一些积极有效的措施共同促进教师企业实践的真正取得实效的对策,以供参考。
It has become an important way to train"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.Although some progress have been made in training agriculture-related teachers to become"double-qualified"teachers through enterprise practice,there are still some problems,such as unreasonable time arrangement in teachers under the enterprise practice exercise,low acceptation in the positivity of enterprises and inflexible practice exercise assessment.Therefore,through the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,colleges and teachers,positive and effective measures can be taken to promote the real effectiveness of teachers'enterprise practice.
