摘要 目的:探讨SWI联合1.5MR多序列成像在急性脑梗死合并脑微出血患者中的诊断应用及临床效果。方法:选择2017年6月~2019年6月急性脑梗死合并脑微出血患者80例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组用DWI、T1WI、T2WI方法检测,观察组运用SWI联合1.5MR多序列成像的方法检测。将SWI联合1.5MR多序列成像检查结果与临床确诊的检出率进行比较,并比较两组患者ADC和PV值。结果:观察组对病灶的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的中心区ADC的值与PV值明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SWI联合1.5MR多序列成像用于急性脑梗死合并脑微出血患者中能获得较高的检出率,能为临床诊疗提供影像学依据,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic application and clinical effect of SWI combined with 1.5MR multisequence imaging in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and cerebral microbleeds were selected as subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was detected by DWI,T1WI,T2WI,and the observation group was detected by SWI combined with 1.5MR multisequence imaging.The results of SWI combined with 1.5MR multi-sequence imaging were compared with detection rate of clinical diagnosis;ADC and PV values were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ADC value and PV value in the central area of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SWI combined with 1.5MR multi-sequence imaging can obtain a higher detection rate in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with cerebral microbleeds,and can provide imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of popularization and application.
