烤烟品种云烟116和NC297在楚雄烟区的适应性分析 被引量:9

摘要 为研究烤烟品种云烟116和NC297在楚雄烟区的适应性,明确楚雄地区最佳烤烟种植品种,选定楚雄州楚雄市东华镇为试验地点开展试验,旨在为云烟116和NC297在该烟区的推广提供参考。以K326为对照,共3个品种(云烟116、NC297、K326)进行品种比较试验,调查分析不同烤烟品种的生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、经济性状、病害发生情况及烤后烟叶化学成分。结果表明:①NC297的各生育期最长,K326稍短,云烟116最短。②从植物学性状看,云烟116整体表现最优,且具有较强的抗旱能力。③农艺性状方面,云烟116的株高、最大叶长、最大叶宽表现最佳,NC297的茎围最大,K326的有效叶片数最多。④病害调查结果显示,云烟116对气候性斑点病、野火病的抗性最强,K326可有效降低青枯病病情指数,NC297对赤星病、炭疽病的抗性最强。⑤云烟116外观质量及经济性状表现最佳。⑥云烟116及NC297的化学成分均比对照协调,其中整体以NC297最优。本试验条件下,云烟116的多项产量、品质指标均优于NC297和K326,推荐其作为主栽品种进行大面积示范推广。 In order to study the adaptability of flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan 116 and NC297 in Chuxiong tobacco region,and determine the best flue-cured tobacco varieties for cultivation in Chuxiong,the variety comparison test was carried out in Donghua Town,Chuxiong City,Chuxiong Prefecture,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical experiences for promotion of Yunyan 116 and NC297 in Yunnan tobacco growing areas.With K326 as control,the growth period,botanical characters,agronomic traits,economic traits,disease occurrence of Yunyan 116 and NC297 and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves were compared.The results showed that:①the growth period of NC297 was the longest,that of K326 was a little shorter,and that of Yunyan 116 was the shortest.②In terms of botanical characters,Yunyan 116 was the best and had stronger drought resistance.③In terms of agronomic traits,Yunyan 116 had the best plant height,maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width;NC297 had the longest stem circumference,and K326 had the most effective leaves.④Yunyan 116 had the strongest resistance to climate spot disease and Wildfire Disease;K326 could effectively reduce the disease index of bacterial wilt;NC297 had significant inhibitory effect on brown spot and anthracnose.⑤Yunyan 116 showed the best appearance quality and economic traits.⑥The chemical components of Yunyan 116 and NC297 were more harmonious compared with the control,and NC297 was the best.In conclusion,Yunyan 116 was superior to NC297 and K326 in terms of yield and quality under the experimental conditions,so it was recommended as the main cultivar for large-scale demonstration and promotion in Chuxiong tobacco region.
