摘要
使用PbO和NaAsO2代替危险废物中的重金属化合物,研究了烧结机协同处置过程中Pb和As的挥发特性。首先对PbO和NaAsO2进行热重实验,然后将其与烧结原料混合均匀后进行煅烧和消解,最后得到重金属的挥发量和固化量。讨论了不同煅烧温度和时间下Pb和As的挥发规律,分析了温度对Pb、As固化量的影响。结果表明,PbO中Pb的挥发率随煅烧温度的升高、时间的延长而升高;NaAsO2中As的挥发率随温度的升高、时间的延长而降低。当煅烧温度为1200℃,时间为60 min时,PbO中Pb的固化率仅为39.7%;在400℃煅烧60 min后,NaAsO2中As的固化率高达86.1%,此时大部分As在煅烧过程中与烧结原料发生反应被固化。
PbO and NaAsO2 were used to replace heavy metal compound in the hazardous wastes.The volatilization characteristics of Pb and As during co-processing were studied.The thermogravimetry experiments of PbO and NaAsO2 were carried out,then it was calcined and digested after mixing with the sintering raw materials.Finally,the volatilization and solidification of heavy metals were obtained.The volatilization of Pb and As was discussed at different calcination temperature and time,and the effect of temperature on the solidification of Pb and As was analyzed in this paper.The results show the volatilization rate of Pb in PbO increases with the increasing of calcination temperature and time,while the volatilization rate of As in NaAsO2 decreases with the increasing of calcination temperature and time.When the calcination temperature is 1200℃and the calcination time is 60 min,the solidification rate of Pb in PbO is only 39.7%;after calcination at 1400℃for 60 min,the solidification rate of As in NaAsO2 is as high as 86.1%,and most As is solidified by reaction with raw materials during calcination.
