摘要
在利用传统溯源系统进行快消品一体化供应链配送物流溯源时,运行负荷处于24.56%~44.56%的范围内存在溯源信息查询效率较低的问题,设计一种新的快消品一体化供应链配送物流溯源系统。系统的硬件构成包括信息识别与共享模块、溯源模块。软件构成包括溯源数据管理模块、编码模块、数据库模块。通过硬件与软件相结合实现了快消品一体化供应链配送物流的溯源。通过对比实验证明了该系统的溯源信息查询效率高于原有系统,实现了溯源性能的提升。
When the traditional traceability system is used to trace the distribution logistics of FMCG integrated supply chain,the running load is in the range of 24.56%~44.56%,and the efficiency of traceability information query is low.A new logistics traceability system of FMCG integrated supply chain is designed.The hardware structure of the system includes information identification and sharing module and traceability module.The software consists of traceability data management module,coding module and database module.Through the combination of hardware and software,the traceability of distribution logistics in FMCG integrated supply chain is realized.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the efficiency of traceability information query of the system is higher than that of the original system,and the traceability performance is improved.
