摘要
目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者采用自拟养阴消渴方治疗效果及对糖脂代谢与胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:选取136例老年糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组68例接受二甲双胍治疗,观察组68例接受自拟养阴消渴方+二甲双胍治疗,均持续治疗3个月,比较两组患者胰岛β细胞功能、糖脂代谢指标及血糖水平。结果:治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2 hPBG均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ISI、HOMA-β高于对照组,HOMA-IR低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LDL-C、TG及HbAlc均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟养阴消渴方不仅能降低老年糖尿病患者血糖水平,具有良好的控糖效果,同时还能改善机体糖脂代谢,提高组织对胰岛素敏感性,加强胰岛β细胞功能,值得推荐。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of self-designed Yangyin Xiaoke recipe on glucose and lipid metabolism and pancreatic β-cell function in elderly diabetic patients. Methods: 136 elderly diabetic patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. 68 patients in the control group received metformin treatment, and another 68 cases in the observation group received self-designed Yangyin Xiaoke recipe+metformin treatment, and the treatment continued for 3 months. The pancreatic β-cell function, glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and blood sugar levels were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, FPG and 2 hPBG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);ISI and HOMA-β in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and HOMA-IR was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05);LDL-C, TG and HbAlc in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The self-made Yangyin Xiaoke recipe can not only reduce the blood glucose level of elderly diabetic patients, but also has a good glucose control effect. At the same time, it can also improve the body’s glucose and lipid metabolism, increase tissue sensitivity to insulin, and strengthen pancreatic β-cell function. It is worth recommending for use.
