摘要
随着用户对产品的功能、质量、成本、个性化以及环境友好性等方面的需求日益提升,制造企业必须更加即时、高效地响应不断变化的市场需求。可适应设计作为一种新型的设计范式,可通过设计过程的综合优化来满足产品生命周期内用户、制造企业和社会的需求,以提升经济效益和环境效益等。为了提高产品设计的可适应性,需对可适应性进行量化的科学表达,以便在设计决策过程中建立其综合评价指标体系。针对产品可适应设计的量化评价,通过构建产品可适应设计架构,将用户需求逐级映射至功能域、结构域及参数域;基于信息熵理论,建立产品可适应设计评价信息熵计算方法,通过变型度将主观、定性的产品描述转化为定量描述,实现产品个体、产品系列和产品平台可适应性的客观评价。圆柱齿轮加工机床设计实例结果表明,所提出的评价方法能够辅助设计人员对产品设计方案进行评价和决策。
With the increasing demands of users for function,quality,cost,personalization and environmental friendliness of products,manufacturing companies must become more responsive to the changing market needs.As a new design paradigm,the adaptable design can meet the needs of users,manufacturing enterprises and society in the product life cycle through the comprehensive optimization of the design process,so as to improve economic and environmental benefits.To improve the adaptability of product design,it is critical to quantify and scientifically express the adaptability in order to establish its comprehensive evaluation index system in the process of design decision-making.Aiming at the quantitative evaluation of product adaptable design,the product adaptable design architecture was constructed and customer requirements were mapped to function domains,structure domains and parameter domains in sequence;based on the information entropy theory,a calculation method of information entropy for the product adaptable design evaluation was established,which could transform the subjective and qualitative adaptable product evaluation into quantitative descriptions through the variant degree,so as to realize the objective evaluation of the adaptability of individual products,product series and product platforms.The results of a design example of a cylindrical gear processing machine show that the proposed evaluation method can assist designers in evaluating and making decisions on product design schemes.
