摘要
目的探讨在卵巢上皮性癌组织中SIAH2和骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达水平以及临床意义。方法收集2015年6月至2020年7月惠州市中心人民医院(广东医科大学惠州临床医学院)以及广东医科大学附属医院卵巢良性肿瘤组织标本40例以及卵巢上皮性癌组织标本65例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测各组织中的SIAH2和OPN的表达,结合临床资料采用χ^(2)检验。结果SIAH2在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达率明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的表达率[70.77%(46/65)比7.50%(3/40),χ^(2)=39.826,P<0.01],OPN在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达率明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的表达率[64.62%(42/65)比10.00%(4/40),χ^(2)=30.004,P<0.01];SIAH2表达水平与卵巢上皮性癌国际妇产科联合会分期(FIGO)、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为χ^(2)=4.918、5.168,P<0.05);OPN表达水平与卵巢上皮性癌组织学分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为χ^(2)=9.432、4.250、5.478,P<0.05)。结论卵巢上皮性癌组织中SIAH2和OPN呈高表达,检测SIAH2和OPN的表达在评估卵巢上皮性癌患者病情方面具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of seven in absentia homologues 2(SIAH2)and osteopontin(OPN)and their correlation with clinicopathological features in epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC).Methods SIAH2 and OPN expression in 40 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor(BEOT)tissues and 65 cases of EOC tissues of patients pathologically confirmed From June 2015 to July 2020 on Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital(Huizhou Clinical Medical College of Guangdong Medical University)and Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University was examined by envision immunohistochemical method.The statistical analysis ofχ^(2) test was carried out in combination with clinical data.Results The expression rate of SIAH2 in EOC tissues was higher than that in BEOT tissues[70.77%(46/65)vs.7.50%(3/40),χ^(2)=39.826,P<0.01],and that of OPN in EOC tissues was higher than that in BEOT tissues[64.62%(42/65)vs.10.00%(4/40),χ^(2)=30.004,P<0.01.The expression of SIAH2 was related to histology grade and FIGO stage of EOC(Respectively,χ^(2)=4.918,5.168,P<0.05),and that of OPN was related to histology grade,FIGO stage,and lymph node metastasis of EOC(respectively,χ^(2)=9.432,4.250,5.478,P<0.05).Conclusion SIAH2 and OPN are highly expressed in EOC,and the joint detection of SIAH2 and OPN may be of certain value for evaluating the condition of patients with EOC.
