摘要
深化产教融合是高职院校促进科研成果转化的基本前提,也是高层次人才实现创新能力提升的重要路径。基于胜任力模型,构建了高职院校高层次人才创新能力评价指标体系,并以宁波市7所高职院校的186位高层次人才为研究对象,探究创新能力水平及相关影响因素,结果发现高层次人才的创新能力贡献总体水平较高;高层次人才的创新成果贡献与知识技能背景、创新品质动机、创新能力积累、创新管理能力、创新平台环境之间存在一定的正相关关系;其中,创新平台环境对创新成果贡献的影响最大。为提升高职院校高层次人才创新能力,建议加强产学研合作,不断优化创新环境和平台;多渠道增进创新能力积累,提升创新成果产出力;完善配套制度,激发自主创新驱动意识。
Deepening the integration of production and education is the basic premise for higher vocational colleges to promote the transformation of scientific research achievements,and it is also an important path for high-level talents to improve their innovation ability.Based on the competency model,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of innovation ability of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges,and takes 186 high-level talents from 7 higher vocational colleges in Ningbo City as the research object to explore the level of innovation ability and related influencing factors.The results show that the overall level of innovation ability contribution of high-level talents is high;There is a positive correlation between the contribution of high-level talents'innovation achievements and knowledge and skill background,innovation quality motivation,innovation ability accumulation,innovation management ability and innovation platform environment.Among them,the innovation platform environment has the greatest impact on the contribution of innovation achievements.In order to improve the innovation ability of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges,it is suggested to strengthen the cooperation between industry,university and research,constantly optimize the innovation environment and platform,enhance the accumulation of innovation ability through multiple channels,enhance the output of innovation achievements,and improve the supporting system to stimulate the driving consciousness of independent innovation.
