摘要
目的了解某社区居民脑卒中防控相关认知现状,为制定更加科学的脑卒中防控模式提供建议。方法随机选取2019年10-12月某社区624例居民为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法对社区居民进行脑卒中防治相关认知现状调查,采用Logistic回归分析影响社区居民对脑卒中防控认知情况的因素。结果居民对脑卒中防控基本知识、危险因素、发作先兆、卒中结局、预防措施的知晓程度均不高,预防措施知晓人数占49%、危险因素知晓人数占47.3%、发作先兆知晓人数占46%、基本知识知晓人数占43.4%、卒中结局知晓人数占28.5%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度和是否接受过脑卒中健康教育为影响脑卒中防控认知情况的共同影响因素。结论社区居民脑卒中相关认知水平有待提高,针对低文化程度和未接受过脑卒中健康教育的社区人群,开展更有针对性的健康教育活动可能是提高居民脑卒中防控水平的有效途径。
Objective To acknowledge the current cognitive status of stroke prevention and control among residents in a certain community,and to provide suggestions for formulating a more scientific stroke prevention and control model.Methods A total of 624 residents of a community from October to December 2019 were randomly selected as research objects,using questionnaire survey method to investigate the current cognitive status of stroke prevention and treatment of community residents,and using Logistic regression to analyze the factors of community residents'awareness of stroke prevention and control.Results Residents were not aware of the basic knowledge of stroke prevention and control,risk factors,onset auras,stroke outcome,and preventive measures.The rate of knowledge of preventive measures,risk factors,onset auras,basic knowledge and stroke outcome were 49%,47.3%,46%,43.4%and 28.5%respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that education level and stroke health education are the common influencing factors that affect the cognition of stroke prevention and control.Conclusion The cognition level of community residents related to stroke needs to be improved.For community populations with low education and no stroke health education,carrying out more targeted health education activities may be an effective way to improve the level of stroke prevention and control of residents.
