企业高端化转型升级中提升技术变迁能力影响因素分析 被引量:4

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Technological Change Capability Improvement in the Process of Enterprise High-end Transformation and Upgrading

摘要 构建在企业高端化转型升级过程中提升技术变迁能力的科研层-组织层-环境层(SROE)分析模型,采用因果树分析法找出提升技术变迁能力的影响因素,并从静态角度进行定性分析得出关键影响因素;构建影响因素的系统动力学仿真模型,从动态角度对企业提升技术变迁能力的影响因素进行弹性分析与灵敏度分析,并观察关键影响因素的作用效果。研究结果表明:各因素对企业技术变迁能力提升均有正向促进作用,但影响程度不同,技术改进能力、R&D经费投入、城市化水平、团队协作等因素较其他因素来说重要程度更高,且对技术变迁能力的提升作用最为显著;但在短时期内,各因素对企业技术变迁能力的提升作用具有一定的滞后性。 This paper constructs a SROE analysis model of scientific research-organization-environmental layer to enhance technological change ability in the process of enterprise high-end transformation and upgrading, uses causeconsequence tree analysis method to find out influence factors to improve enterprise technology change ability, and obtains the key influence factors from static angle qualitative analysis. Further, the paper constructs system dynamics simulation model of influencing factors, carries out elastic analysis and sensitivity analysis on influencing factors of enterprise technological change capability improvement from the dynamic point of view, and observes the effect of key influencing factors. According to the research results, each factor has a positive effect on the improvement of enterprise technological change capability, but the influence degree is different, among them, the technology improvement ability, the R&D investment, the urbanization level, the team cooperation and other factors are more important than the other factors, and have the most significant effect;however, in a short period of time, the factors have a certain lag in improving enterprise technological change capability.
