2019年成都市双流区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡的性别差异分析 被引量:6

Sex Disparities in Incidence and Mortality of Malignant Tumors in Shuangliu District of Chengdu in 2019

摘要 目的分析成都市双流区恶性肿瘤报告发病与死亡的性别差异,为肿瘤防治研究提供线索。方法采用Excel和IARCcrgTools软件,对成都市双流区重点慢性病监测信息系统中恶性肿瘤报告发病及死亡资料进行整理,运用SPSS 18.0对不同年龄、性别和病种的恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况进行分析。不同性别发病及死亡率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果2019年成都市双流区恶性肿瘤报告发病率为228.59/10万,中标率为145.44/10万,世标率为143.89/10万。男性报告发病率(265.56/10万)高于女性(193.05/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=36.82,P<0.01)。55岁以后男性发病率迅速上升,各年龄段发病率均高于女性,差异在70~74岁年龄组最显著。恶性肿瘤报告发病率居前5位的依次是肺癌、肠癌、肝癌、食管癌和胃癌。除肠癌外,性别分布差异均有统计学意义。恶性肿瘤报告死亡率为148.48/10万,中标率为88.85/10万,世标率为89.55/10万。男性报告死亡率(203.32/10万)高于女性(95.76/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=124.62,P<0.01)。45岁以后男性死亡率迅速上升,各年龄段死亡率均高于女性,差异在70~74岁年龄组最显著。报告死亡率居前5位的依次是肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、肠癌和胃癌,其性别分布差异均有统计学意义。结论成都市双流区居民恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡均存在显著的性别差异,为男性高于女性。应根据其发病与死亡特征,采取有针对性的防控措施。 Objective To analyze sex disparities of reported incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Shuangliu district of Chengdu,so as to provide etiological clues for tumor prevention.Methods The date were collected through direct reporting system of chronic disease surveillance network.Excel and IARCcrgTools were used for data arrangement.The incidence and mortality among different ages,genders and cancer sites were analyzed by SPSS18.0 statistical software.chisquare test was used to compare the incidence and mortality of different sexes.Results The reported incidence rate in Shuangliu was 228.59/10~5,the age-standardized incidence rate based on Chinese standard population was 145.44/10~5,and on world standard population was 143.89/10~5.The reported incidence rate of males(265.56/10~5)was higher than that of females(193.05/10~5),the differences between them was statistically significant(χ^(2)=36.82,P<0.01).The incidence of males was rising rapidly and the rate was higher than that of females after the age of 55 for all age groups.The largest differences existed in age group of70~74.The reported incidence rates ranked at top 5 were lung cancer,colon and rectum cancer,liver cancer,esophageal cancer and stomach cancer.Except for colon and rectum cancer,others showed statistically significant differences between males and females.The reported mortality rate was 148.48/10~5,while the age-standardized mortality rate on Chinese standard population was 88.85/10~5,and on world standard population it was 89.55/10~5.The reported mortality rate of males(203.32/10~5)was higher than that of females(95.76/10~5),the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=124.62,P<0.01).The mortality rate of males was higher than that of females in all age groups after the age of 45.The largest differences existed in age group of 70~74.The reported mortality rates ranked at top 5 were lung cancer,liver cancer,esophageal cancer,colon and rectum cancer,and stomach cancer.All showed statistically significant differences between males and f
