温排水效应对秦山核电厂1号机组的影响及应对措施 被引量:1

摘要 随着秦山核电基地全面建成,由于杭州湾海水潮流及电厂取、排水口位置等因素所致,方家山核电厂1号、2号机组产生的温排水对秦山核电厂1号机组(以下称秦一厂机组)的运行造成了较大影响。导致机组在夏季期间被迫频繁调整出力,同时造成部分系统和设备的运行参数偏离正常范围,给电厂造成了较大的运行负担。本文介绍了温排水效应对秦一厂机组运行的影响,对比方家山核电厂两台机组投产前后秦一厂机组海水入口温度的变化,分析了温排水效应与杭州湾海水潮位的相关性及成因,总结了秦一厂应对温排水效应所采取的应对措施,并提出了改进建议。 With the complete construction of the Qinshan nuclear power base,due to the tide in Hangzhou Bay and the location of intake and discharge outlet of the power plants,the warm water discharge generated by Unit1 and Unit 2 of Fangjiashan has caused a great impact on the operation of Qinshan NPP(hereinafter referred to as Qinshan 1).As a result,the units are forced to adjust their output frequently during the summer season,and the operating parameters of some systems and equipment deviate from the normal range,which causes a greater operating burden for the power plants and poses a potential threat to their safety.This paper introduces the influence of warm water discharge on the operation of Qinshan 1,compares the changes of seawater inlet temperature of the plant before and after the commissioning of the two units of Fangjiashan,analyses the correlation between warm water discharge effect and tidal level of Hangzhou Bay and its causes,summarizes the measures taken by Qinshan 1 to deal with the effect of warm water discharge,and puts forward some improvement suggestions.
